Please ensure that you have read, understand and agree to these terms and conditions before booking your appointment.

The term ‘you’ shall refer to the client.

The term ‘we’ shall refer to Maylahni Skin and Aesthetics Clinic Ltd.

    • Please arrive with no make-up on to ensure that your practitioner has adequate time to assess your skin and or carry out your treatment.

    • Bring with you your current skincare products and make-up that you are using.

    • When you book a consultation or treatment you will be informed of the amount that is required.

    • We cannot guarantee your results as these can be affected by but not limited to; genetics, lifestyle, diet, skin regimen, severity and more. We will not provide refunds if the results achieved do not meet your expectations. We will only provide a refund in exceptional circumstances where you were unable to attend your appointment due to a severe medical condition which must be supported by a letter headed, signed doctors letter. If necessary we will take steps to verify this information if required.

    • We provide different promotional offers that we reserve the right to change at anytime. Any offer applicable to you will be at the time of booking your appointment.

    • Please ensure that you plan your journey and parking in advance. To ensure you receive your full consultation and treatment, if you arrive late, we may need to reduce your treatment time or cancel your appointment if the consultation and treatment cannot be undertaken.

    • We require 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Failure to do so will result in loosing any monies that you have paid and full payment will be taken.

    • Unless a child under 18 years old and you as the responsible parent or guardian are accompanying them to their consultation and/or in-clinic treatment, then we ask that you do not bring any other children. In the event that you do bring a child under 18 years old that is not having a treatment, you and your child will be asked to leave. We will have no other alternative but to reschedule your appointment.

    • For children under 18 years old that are having consultations or in-clinic treatments they must at all times be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent) or guardian whom can consent to the child’s treatment. If the child or responsible adult (parent) or guardian is under 18 years old we reserve the right to ask for identification and in some instances refuse the consultation and/or treatment until a parent or guardian is able to consent.

    • Due to limited space availability, please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. If you do that person will kindly be asked to leave and your appointment will not start until they have left which may result in your appointment time being reduced or cancelled.

    • Personal information stored is in accordance with the data protection legislation and your information is stored on the clinics secure software system.

    • We will always endeavour to provide the best service possible. However in the unlikely event that you are unhappy about anything, in the first instance please speak directly to the founder of MayIahni Skin and Aesthetics Clinic.

    • We will always take before and after pictures of the area being treated. Your pictures will be securely stored on your personal file on the clinics electronic software system. If you do not consent to having pictures taken then your treatment will not go ahead.

    • We do not accept any verbal, physical or indirect abuse. If it is found that you are abusive in any way we will escalate the matter further as we see appropriate.
